Using Google Photo

I am old fashion and normally use a desktop for everything. Now my daughter has moved in for a while again, i am using my tablet. I have figured out that posting here is not as easy as on my desktop.

I decided to try google photo as my storage spot for the photos i upload here. I do not have a clue if it will work for me, but they say it will. So this is me testing to see if i can do it.

It sure did not seem to work like i thought it would. As i placed a photo above this line and i dont see it.

Oh well. I guess i’ll just keep on transfering photo to my tablets sd card and posting from it.

No one really noticed.

The wagon posted below gets posted on every blog I post, but I am sure most never noticed it.

This wagon is 1 of the 4 photos that make up my gravitar, or whatever name people give to that little circle with your picture in it. It is the top left part. Now you know something that you didn’t know before you read this. 😝

250+ Photos later.

Saturday April 21, 2018 was a busy day for me. As Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church of Niota, Tennessee held their spring Wagon Train and Hayride fund-raiser.

Events such as this are great for Photography Hobbyist as myself to put their skills to the test.

Taking photos of horses and their riders as they zip past you, while the sun is directly overhead is quit a challenge.

One could say this is “Country Folks” version of “Street Photography”. You never know what you will see.

And even if you photos are not “Picture Perfect”, they still capture the memories for those who were not able to be there.

But the best reward of this adventure was when the ride was over and we went to eat.

So after a quick edit, (as they were shot RAW), and posting 250+ photos, I feel as I had a good day of photo shooting.

Coming up this Saturday.

From living alone, to having my daughter move in with me, and the 2 youngest grandkids here on the weekends. I am looking forward to this weekend, when I get to go and take some snap-shots of a Wagon Train and hayride at a local church.

Above are two shots from a previous ride.

bgh  . . . the previous three letters were written by a small black cat that jumped onto my lap and just had to add it’s comments. . .  Life has become interesting around my house lately and very little time for myself. But I always enjoy reading other blogs, when I can get to use of my desktop. . .
